The Bolingbrook Buccaneers Baseball program, in conjunction with  baseball program, will hold tryouts for its 14U and 16U traveling teams for the 2012 season, including regular season games starting in late-May and weekend tournaments once the school year is completed. Tournaments entered will be in the local Chicago area.

Adventist Midwest Health is pleased to announce Dr. Chet Robson has accepted the expanded position of regional director of medical informatics, ambulatory systems. 

With his new position, Robson, a 56-year-old Downers Grove resident, is responsible for the implementation, training, support and development of the electronic medical record system, NextGen, that is used for all medical records in Adventist Midwest Health. Robson also trains new physicians to use the electronic medical records (EMR), work with EMR-experienced physicians in broader use, and give feedback and suggest direction to the EMR developers to make the EMR more physician friendly. 

4. Power Connection Monthly Food Pantry is Today

Visit the Power Connection's monthly food pantry, where you can shop and select the items you like from their aisles of boxed and canned goods, breads, desserts, snack items,  fruits and vegetables.  

You'll also receive pre-selected meat items.  There is a $20 donation request, and no income verification is required.   You must bring proof of Illinois residency.  Food donations also accepted.
