Fry The Coop Opening Bolingbrook Location In July

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Fry the Coop is expected to open its Bolingbrook location in mid-July, Mayor Mary Alexander-Basta shared at the Tuesday Village Board meeting.

The Board approved a liquor license for the new business, which was granted a C-8 license for beer and wine.

Fry the Coop will open at 274 S. Weber Road, which is the former Chipotle space.

The franchise has several locations in the Chicago area, including in Darien, Tinley Park, Elmhurst and Oak Lawn. The restaurant services chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, chicken tenders and fries.
