Gas Price Update: Cost In Bolingbrook Goes Up Compared To January 2024

BOLINGBROOK, IL — Gas prices are cheaper now than they were a year ago, but the cost of a gallon has increased in February compared to a month ago, according to AAA.

The average gas price in Illinois is $3.49 per gallon as of Thursday, according to AAA. That's 19 cents more expensive than a week ago and 37 cents higher than the average a month ago.

At around $3.53 per gallon in Will County, gas prices were slightly above the state average. The national average sits at $3.27 as of Thursday.

It helps to know which station to visit to save a little. According to GasBuddy, the cheapest gas in Bolingbrook is selling for $3.28 per gallon at Costco, 830 E. Boughton Road. Here is what other stations around town are charging:
