Police were called to Hobby Lobby, located at 363 N. Weber Rd., for the report of a retail theft. An unknown subject entered the store and placed numerous art supplies in a shopping cart, then exited without paying at 12:57 p.m. Loss valued at $2,300.

Police were called to the 600 block of Kensington Way for the report of a residential burglary where a safe was taken from a bedroom between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.

Diamond ring stolen from jeweler

Police were called to Kay Jewelers, located at 641 E. Boughton Rd., for the report of a theft. A witness told police that at 4 p.m., an unknown subject asked to view a diamond ring and later, it was discovered the one carat ring was missing from inventory. Loss valued at $1,800.
