Police Blotter: 14 Year Old Charged in Home Burglary
Bolingbrook police reports, July 27.

1. Stolen tractor
A 1995 Trailmobile trailer was stolen from a business parking lot on the 200 block of East Old Chicago Drive between 10:54 p.m. and 11:04 p.m.

2. Possession of a controlled substance
Jason Maple, 19, of the 600 block of East Rose Lane in Godley, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug equipment following a traffic stop at the 100 block of East North Frontage Road at 6:15 p.m.

3. 14-year-old charged in residential burglary
A 14-year-old juvenile ws charged with residential burglary after a call to the 200 block of Braemar Drive for a suspicious person at 3 p.m.
4. Gold chain yanked from victim’s neck
Police were called to the 500 block of North Pinecrest Road for the report of a robbery. The victim told police an unknown subject ripped a gold chain from their neck as they were leaving a store at 1:20 p.m.
5. Screen cut, nothing taken
A screen was cut to a garage window on the 200 block of Lee Lane. Police said nothing appeared to have been taken.
6. Criminal trespass
Donald Marino, 51, of the 1300 block of Comanche Drive, was charged with criminal trespass to property on the 200 block of North Weber Road at 2:59 p.m.
7. Warrant
Jose Salas-Bailon, 22, of the 200 block of Healy Avenue in Romeoville, was charged with an in-state warrant, driving on an suspended license, no insurance and no valid registration following a traffic stop on the 200 block of West South Frontage Road at 6:57 p.m.
8. Tisk, tisk: Teens break curfew
Two 16-year-old juveniles were charged with a curfew violation and resisting a peace officer after police responded to a business on the 400 block of North Bolingbrook Drive for the report of a disturbance where the juveniles were trying to buy cigarettes at 12:25 a.m.
9. Woman busted trying to obtain meds
Karen Haislip, 48, of the 100 block of Steamboat Lane, was charged with unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance after trying to obtain a prescription on the 1700 block of West Boughton Road at 8:28 p.m.
10. DUI
Kristen Federici, 27, of the 200 block of Williamsburg Court, was charged with DUI following a traffic stop at the intersection of Weber Road and Remington Boulevard.
