Thief breaks into house, steals nothing

Police were called to the 400 block of Seneca Lane for the report of a residential burglary. Police said the homeowner discovered the front door kicked in between 4:30 p.m. and 5:50 p.m., but nothing appeared to be taken.

Man arrested after driving motorcycle on the sidewalk

Miguel Martinez, 21, of the 100 block of Edgehill Drive, was charged with disorderly conduct following a call for a report of a person driving a motorcycle recklessly on the sidewalk at 7 p.m., police said.

Retail theft

Valencia Cooper, 35, of the 100 block of Robinhood Way, was charged with retail theft at Menards, police said.

Woman leaves the scene of an accident

Latonyia Brown, 37, of the 100 block of Jamestown Lane, was charged with failure to reduce speed, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to provide information following a traffic stop on the 300 block of West Briarcliff Road, police said.

Stolen car

A 2006 beiger Ford was taken from a business parking lot on the 200 block of Old Chicago Drive, police said.

Burglar breaks into car, grabs loose change

Police were called to the 400 block of Hummingbord Lane for the report of a burglary to car. Police said loose change was taken from an unlocked car in the garage.

Stolen trailer

A 2006 flatbed trailer was taken from a parking lot on the 500 block of West Crossroads Parkway, police said.
