Police Blotter: Chicago Men Charged with Unauthorized Door-to-Door Solicitation
Bolingbrook police reports, Oct. 25-27.
Thursday, Oct. 27
1. Hit and run
Christopher Gregory, 24, of the 5300 block of West Wrightwood Avenue in Chicago, was charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance, improper lane usage and a hit and run following a traffic stop at the intersection of Falconridge Way and Ashbury Avenue at 1:05 p.m.

2. Door-to-door solicitation
Lonnie Davis, 50, of the 6300 block of Washtenaw Avenue in Chicago, and James Lowe, of the 7500 block of Emerald Street in Chicago, were both charged with solicitation door-to-door without a permit on the 100 block of South Bolingbrook Drive at 4:21 p.m.

3. Theft
Police were called to the 200 block of Old Elm Drive for the report of a theft. Two wallets were taken from a purse in the home at 7:30 p.m.
4. Domestic battery
Hector Casas, 20, of the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive, was charged with domestic battery after a call to the home at 7:41 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 25
5. DUI
Thomas Fletcher, 57, 800 block of Poplar Lane, was charged with two counts of DUI, improper lane usage and failure to reduce speed following a traffic stop on the 100 block of Shady Lane at 6:07 p.m.
6. Assault
Eric Jefferson, 19, of the 300 block of Sweetgum Drive, was charged with resisting a peace officer, assault and disorderly conduct following a call to the 1400 block of Raven Drive for the report of several subjects blocking the park patch at 10 p.m.
