Police Blotter: PS3 Stolen From Home, Domestic Battery, Aggravated Assault

• Anthony Rataiczyk, 36, 537 Walker Drive, was charged with domestic battery and aggravated assault at 12:16 p.m. following a call to the residence.
• Alejandro Figuero-Rivas, 29, 855 Tamms Lane, was charged with domestic battery and aggravated battery at 3:10 p.m.

PS3 stolen from home

A PS3 was taken from a residence between 4:30 and 10:45 p.m. in the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive. Reports state a screen was found pushed in from a lower level window.

DUI

Keith Landing, 64, 1035 Walden Court, and Daniel Veles, 45, 1505 Auburn Ave., Naperville, were charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper backing at 1:09 a.m. following a traffic stop at Bolingbrook and Edgehill drives.

Retail theft

Someone stole a pair of earrings, valued at $70, at 6 p.m. from Kohl's, 1138 W. Boughton Road.
