Police Blotter: Oswego Men Charged in Bolingbrook Fight

Saturday, July 16
DUI
Liborio Hernandez, 42, of the 400 block of Rockhurst Road, was charged with two counts of DUI, aggravated DUI and no valid driver’s license following a traffic stop on the 200 block of North Bolingbrook Drive, police said.

Ryne Stocks, 23, of the 10000 block of Parkside Avenue in Chicago Ridge, was charged with two counts of DUI following a traffic stop on the 500 block of South Bolingbrook Drive, police said.

Brandon Ecton, 19, of the 5200 block of Old Reserve Road in Oswego, and Rodolfo Jaquez, 19, of the 400 block of Lenox Drive in Oswego, were both charged with resisting a peace officer following a call to the area of Dalton Road and Somerfield Lane for the report of a fight, police said.
ComEd box taken
A ComEd electrical box was removed by a suspect after a verbal argument, police said. ComEd was notified.
Retail theft
Tammy Moore, 47, of the 500 block of Front Street in Braidwood, was charged with retail theft at the Meijer at 755 East Boughton Road after police say she only scanned part of her purchase in the self scan lane.
Friday, July 15
Criminal trespass to property
Marquise Flowers, 19, of the 400 block of Ascot Lane in Romeoville, was charged with criminal trespass to property on the 200 block of Recreation Drive, police said.
GPS taken from car
A GPS unit was taken from the dashboard of an unlocked car parked on the 600 block of West Boughton Road, police said.
