Thursday, July 7
Battery
Christopher Esbensen, 21, of the 700 block of Dunham Court, was charged with battery and disorderly conduct at the intersection of Boughton Road and Falconridge Way, police said.

Lawn sprinkler stolen from Bolingbrook High School
A commercial lawn sprinkler was taken from the 300 block of Raider Way sometime overnight, police said. Loss valued at $1,100.

Brick thrown through car window
A brick was thrown through a car parked on the 110 block of Bramble Drive, police said.
Wallet taken from purse
A wallet was taken from a purse on the 300 block of Quadrangle Drive, police said.
Wednesday, July 6
Man charged with hit and run
Antonio Sandoval, 22, of the 100 block of South Orchard Drive, was charged with hit and run, no valid driver’s license, no insurance and following too closely following a traffic stop at the intersection of I-55 and Weber Road, police said.
Credit card snatched from car
A credit card was taken from a vehicle parked on the 100 block of Shady Lane, police said.
Electronics stolen from car
Police were called to the 300 block of Candlelight Court for the report of a burglary to a motor vehicle. A laptop, iPad, disk drives, a wallet and a debit card were taken, police said. Loss valued at $3,400.
Work bag taken from car
A work bag was taken from a car parked on the 300 block of Assembly Drive, police said.
Battery
Police were called to the 300 block of Magnolia Court for the report of a battery. Police said a witness saw three subjects punch and kick a victim several times in the face and stomach. The victim was transported to the Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital, police said.
Rock thrown through car window
A rock was thrown through a car window causing it to break on the 600 block of Olive Place, police said.
Wallet snagged from shopping cart
A wallet was taken from a shopping cart on the 200 block of North Weber Road, police said.
Strangers in the garage
Police were called to the 400 block of Independence Lane for the report of criminal trespass to property. The homeowner found two unknown subjects in the garage and ran off when homeowner came outside, police said.
Residential burglary
Police were called to the 200 block of Thornhurst Road for the report of a residential burglary. An unknown person entered through a window and took a digital camera, a watch and men’s clothing, police said.
