1. Warrant
Sharron Nelson, 56, of the 200 block of Tecumseh Drive, was charged with an in-state warrant, driving on a suspended license and revoked registration following a traffic stop at the intersection of 115th Street and Weber Road at 9:19 a.m.

2. Car burglary
A GPS unit and a men’s wallet were taken from an unlocked car parked on the 600 block of Sundance Drive sometime overnight.

3. Residential burglary
Police were called to the 20 block of Meadowbrook Drive for the report of a residential burglary. The homeowner told police they discovered a rear window broken to gain entry and unknown subjects took a cell phone, money and rummaged through several rooms after 10 a.m.
4. Disorderly conduct
Dennis Rocco, 21, of the 100 block of Lexington Lane, was charged with disorderly conduct, resisting a peace officer and fireworks following a call to the home at 10:30 p.m. for the report of someone setting off fireworks inside the home.
5. DUI
John Gahery, 36, of the 100 block of Fairwood Court, was charged with DUI following a traffic stop at the intersection of Boughton Road and Route 53 at 1:46 a.m.
6. Warrant
Jewel Norman, 29, of the 100 block of Valley Drive, was charged with an in-state warrant following a traffic stop at the intersection of Lily Cache Lane and Fernwood Drive at 10:16 a.m.
Monday, Oct. 3
7. Criminal damage to the library
Police were called to the Fountaindale Public Library, 300 W. Briarcliff Rd., for a report of criminal damage to government supported property. Unknown offenders broke the vestibule lights, a light lens and a window with a rock.
8. Fight
Police were called to the 300 block of South Bolingbrook Drive for the report of a fight. A 16-year-old was charged with disorderly conduct. John Gooden, 19, of the 100 block of Somerset Lane, was charged with resisting a peace officer and disorderly conduct at 3:03 p.m.
9. Retail theft
Regina Hinton, 22, of the 100 block of Clifton Lane, and Phelesia Tyler, 21, of the 300 block of Lacrosse Drive, were both charged with retail theft at Meijer, located at 755 E. Boughton Rd., at 2:53 p.m.
