Police Blotter: Two Cars Jacked on Same Street

Bolingbrook police blotter, Oct. 17-21.

Friday, Oct. 21

1. Burglar to motor vehicles

Police were called to the 500 block of Rebecca Lane for the report of a burglary to two motor vehicles. An unknown subject entered two unlocked cars and removed stereos and a wallet at 8 p.m.

2. Resisting a peace officer

Lijah Graham, 24 of the 600 block of Preston Drive, was charged with assault and resisting a peace officer on the 600 block of Preston Drive after a call to the area for security detaining an intoxicated person at 9:45 p.m.

3. DUI

Fernando Najera, 25, of the 100 block of North Lancaster Drive, was charged with DUI, aggravated assault and resisting a peace officer following a traffic stop at the intersection of Cades Court and Pinecrest Road at 1:32 a.m.

4. Warrant

Jaime Gonzalez, 28, of the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive, was charged with two warrants following a traffic stop on the 200 block of South Bolingbrook Drive at 1:56 p.m.

Thursday, Oct. 20

5. Warrant

Adelina Delgado-Solano, 38, of the 100 block of Pilgrim Court, was charged with no valid driver’s license, an out of state warrant and a moving violation following a traffic stop at the intersection of Route 53 and Crossroads Parkway at 10:09 p.m.

6. Domestic battery

Angel Mendez, 23, of the 400 block of Faversham Court, was charged with domestic battery at the intersection of Creekside Drive and Lily Cache Lane at 5:30 p.m.

Monday, Oct. 17

7. Residential burglary

Police were called to the 300 block of Woodcreek Drive for the report of a residential burglary. An HP laptop, an Apple desktop, three designer purses and a designer scarf were taken. Loss valued at $1,600.
