The Will County Children's Advocacy Center was founded in 1995 by State's Attorney James Glasgow to partner with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) comprised of law enforcement, DCFS investigators, medical personnel, prosecutors, and Will County CAC forensic interviewers, family advocates, and trauma therapists to respond to reports of severe physical abuse, sexual abuse, commercial exploitation, neglect, and exposure to violence of children, in Will County, Illinois.

Laptop stolen A laptop was stolen from a business on the 600 block of East Boughton Road, police said. Loss valued at $700. 15-year-olds throw rocks at cars Police were called to the intersection of Route 53 and Boughton Road for the report of rocks being thrown at moving cars. Two 15-year-old juveniles were arrested for criminal damage to property after throwing a rock and breaking a windshield, police said.
