Donors will receive a free long-sleeved T-shirt.<a href="https://www.redcrossblood.org/give.html/donation-time" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Make an appointment to donate on the American Red Cross website.</a> As of Wednesday, there were several appointments still available.Winter months can be a time of reduced blood donations due to the holidays, weather, and cold and flu season, according to organizers.
