BURGLARY A complainant reported at 5:18 p.m. Aug. 28 that someone broke her locked vehicle's passenger side front window and removed her purse on the 1300 block of North Barclay. COMPLAINT A driver reported the driver of another vehicle honked their horn at her and presented the complainant with a single-finger hand gesture at 4:10 p.m. Aug. 27. Officers attempted to talk with the driver, but were unable to make contact.  THEFT A resident of the 800-900 block of Saybrook reported someone removed the battery to their garage door keypad between Aug. 27-28.
