Multiple Downed Trees Block Roads In Buffalo Grove
The majority of the damage Tuesday night is centralized south of Lake Cook Road, according to the Village of Buffalo Grove.

BUFFALO GROVE, IL — Multiple roads are blocked by downed tree limbs and medium to small debris Tuesday night in Buffalo Grove. At around 7:45 p.m., according to the Village of Buffalo Grove, the leading edge of a severe storm moved through Buffalo Grove, bringing high winds and heavy rains.
The majority of the damage is centralized south of Lake Cook Road, according to the Village. The Public Works Department has been notified and crews have been dispatched. They will be working on the clearing of roads of hazards overnight, coordinating with reports made to the police.
As of 9 p.m., more than 175,000 total ComEd customers were without power across northern Illinois.
