ANIMALS A resident of the 1300 block of Logsdon reported seeing a dog in front of her house at 11 a.m. March 4. Officers took possession of the dog and identified and contacted the owner. The dog was returned to its owner.  COMPLAINT A resident of the 400 block of Highland Grove reported a suspicious person came to her door and talked to her about home repairs at 7:07 p.m. March 4. Officers located the solicitor, who had a valid village permit. This information was passed on to the resident.
