After just over a year in Buffalo Grove, Swad of India has closed its doors. <a href="https://buffalogrove.patch.com/groups/business-news/p/authentic-indian-restaurant-opens-in-buffalo-grove" rel="nofollow">The Indian restaurant opened in May 2012</a> at the southwest corner of Weiland Road and Deerfield Parkway. Buffalo Grove officials announced Monday that the restaurant has closed as they cancelled its liquor license. The restaurant's phone number has been disconnected. There's no mention of its closing on <a href="https://www.facebook.com/pages/Swad-of-India-Buffalo-Grove/352657174795925" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">its Facebook page</a>, which was last updated in June, but some fans have posted lamentations.  "You had the best food, I'm very sad to see you gone," one customer wrote.
