Vitality Urgent Care Announces New Lake Zurich Clinic Grand Opening Planned for November 24

Lake Zurich residents will soon have a new option for fast, friendly medical care.

Vitality Urgent Care is preparing to open its second location at 480 S Rand Road, Lake Zurich, IL 60047, with a planned grand opening on November 24, 2025.

The new clinic will provide walk-in and same-day care for children and adults, including treatment for illnesses and injuries, PCR testing digital X-rays, physicals, and more — the same exceptional service already trusted by patients at the Buffalo Grove location, 56 W Dundee Rd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089.
