Burr Ridge 'Entertainment District' Promoted

The owner spent $2 million on an open-air building, according to a news release.

BURR RIDGE, IL – Burr Ridge Village Center, which is often seen as Burr Ridge's version of downtown, is launching what it calls an "Entertainment District."

The business said it invested $2 million in an open-air buildout.

According to a news release, the district features a pedestrian-friendly outdoor area by Hampton Social, Pella Signature, BullsEye Axe Lounge, Kohler Waters Spa and the latest, Bar Poca Madre, among others.

The new space includes an archway entrance, enhanced outdoor seating areas, stream lights and artwork, the release said.

"Today, we are proud to present a place where every visit is an opportunity for enjoyment and discovery, and we invite everyone to be a part of this exciting new chapter," Ramzi Hassan, president of Village Center owner Edwards Realty, said in the news release.
