Burr Ridge Resident, CEO Presenting Corvette in Local Car Show
The 6th annual Classics at the Center car show will take place on the Burr Ridge Village Green on June 23.

The Classics at the Center car show on the Burr Ridge Village Green on June 23rd will include a classic vehicle owned by a Village resident and the CEO of a Village-based company, The Doings Burr Ridge reports.
According to the paper, Rich Panico of Burr Ridge once again will present his restored 1957 Corvette among the over 100 classic and exotic cars that will be featured at the event, running from noon to 4 p.m. on June 23.
"I like [the show] for a lot of reasons. I love the atmosphere. It’s very organized. I’ve met neighbors who truly are neighbors, but I would never have had the chance to meet them," Panico told the paper. "There are a lot of car enthusiasts in Burr Ridge. We’re professionals. But we can also be gear heads."
He has done about half a dozen complete restorations of old cars since he was 14, with each taking several years, he told the paper.
