House Burglarized In Burr Ridge Neighborhood: Cops

BURR RIDGE, IL – A burglary of a house was reported late last month in the 8700 block of Madison Street in Burr Ridge.

Police were informed about it on the night of May 31.

Patch filed a public records request for the police report, but the police department blacked out nearly all of the information. In other cases, the village has made few redactions.

In an interview, Police Chief Marc Loftus said the investigation was ongoing.

"If what we're investigating got out, it would affect the investigation," the chief said.
