Champaign Unit 4 Schools will host student vaccination clinics for students 5-11 years old starting with first dose Nov. 22-23 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the Bottenfield Elementary School (1801 S. Prospect Ave., Champaign) cafeteria.

A parent/guardian must be present when their student receives the vaccine. Transportation will be provided to/from the clinic from sites around the community (see schedule below or click here).

Vaccines will also be available for anyone 12 and older who wish to get vaccinated. Walk-ins are welcome and encouraged.

Please contact your child’s school for more information.

Champaign Unit 4 School District Transportation Department will be providing shuttles to families that would like transportation to and from Bottenfield Elementary School for the vaccination clinic.  Please find shuttle times and locations for pick up/drop off for this clinic.

It is very important that all passengers wear a mask on the bus. If you need special accommodations, please call 217-351-3993.
