The gunman stole a cell phone, police said.

The cops nabbed a Joliet man wanted for a July stickup in a Wheeler Avenue man’s driveway, police said.
Antwon Jamison, 23, was apprehended shortly after midnight Tuesday when he pulled into a Lois Place apartments parking lot.
A week and a half earlier, Jamison allegedly robbed a man as he was sitting in his car outside his Wheeler Avenue home.

The 26-year-old man had pulled into his driveway and was sitting in his car while he spoke on the phone. Jamison allegedly pulled open the door of the man’s car, stuck a gun in his face and told him, “Give it to me, your phone and your money.”
Jamison just got the phone, police said, and took off running with it.

The victimized man reportedly got a good look at Jamison’s face and was able to identify him to police.
A passenger in Jamison’s car at the time of his arrest, 24-year-old Kendall Reed, was taken into custody on charges of possession of a firearm by a street gang member and possession of a weapon by a felon. Both Jamison and Reed were taken to the Will County jail.
