MINOOKA – Eggventure Cafe, 410 W. Mondamin St., officially celebrated its grand opening July 12 featuring delicious breakfast and lunch specials, a vibrant atmosphere, and enthusiastic support from the local community.
Owned and operated by Sevcan Ustura, Eggventure Cafe offers a distinctive menu that ranges from sweet breakfast favorites like crepes and pastries to savory skillets and gourmet paninis, perfect for a satisfying lunch experience.
“We’re focused on bringing you high-quality food with high-quality service,” she said in a news release.

Ustura said she has a team of 15, who are all committed to quality food and service.
The Channahon Minooka Chamber, part of the Grundy County Chamber of Commerce & Industry, joined the Eggventure Cafe team for a ribbon cutting last month to kick off their grand opening weekend. Ustura’s team and family, the Chamber staff and ambassadors, along with Minooka Mayor Ric Offerman and village officials celebrated the event together.

“Eggventure Cafe already has a great following of loyal customers because of their welcoming staff and amazing food. Whether you are a first-timer or regular customer the staff ensures everyone who walks through the door feels at home,” Chamber President & CEO Christina Van Yperen said.
Customers can look forward to Eggventure incorporating more unique seasonal and holiday dishes into the menu in the coming months.
“We’re always open to any suggestions regarding the restaurant! If you have thoughts about existing or potential menu items, please let us know,” Ustura said.
