Family Medicine Physician Joins Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers

Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers has announced that family medicine physician Dr. Vincent Benig will be joining its Healthcare Centers group in September. Currently practicing in Shorewood, Dr. Benig has more than 20 years of experience as a family medicine physician in the Chicagoland area.

Dr. Benig’s new office will be located at the Morris Healthcare Center of Morris Hospital, 1345 Edwards St., Morris. Patients will be able to call in August to schedule appointments with Dr. Benig in his new office and should watch for future announcements from Morris Hospital.

As a family medicine physician, Dr. Benig provides primary care for patients of all ages. In addition to diagnosing and treating illness, he provides a wide range of primary care, including preventive care, routine checkups, health risk assessments, immunizations, and personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Serving patients at 27 locations, Morris Hospital & Healthcare Centers includes the 89-bed Morris Hospital, as well as physician offices in Braidwood, Channahon, Diamond, Dwight, Gardner, Marseilles, Mazon, Minooka, Morris, Newark, Seneca and Ottawa.
