The intoxicated Joliet man was upset about getting thrown out of Proud American Days, police said.

An intoxicated Joliet man upset about getting thrown out of Proud American Days called 911, and then kept calling the emergency number after the cops told him to cut it out, police said.
Sean Kramer, 44, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct in connection with his alleged Friday night foolishness.
An officer was sent to the patriotic carnival taking place next to Walmart after Kramer called 911 the first time, police said.

“The officer met with Kramer, who was intoxicated and upset for being removed from the event,” police said. “Kramer refused the officer’s assistance in getting home and was advised not to call 911.”
But instead of doing as he was told, Kramer allegedly called 911 five more times.

“Officers went back and placed Kramer into custody for disorderly conduct,” police said.
Kramer was released after he posted bond.
