The Troy Community School District 30-C school board recognized and congratulated its February 2023 Students of the Month at its March school board meeting. Presenting the awards were Troy Middle School Principal Renee Marski and William B. Orenic Intermediate School 6th-grade Assistant Principal Dr. Jessica Knobbe

W.B.O. Students of the Month were 6th graders Maci Crandall, Lucas Christopher, Zaid Gaba and Maximiliano Urquizo.

T.M.S. Students of the Month were 7th graders Quinn Locke, Ivee Loggins, Ella Price and Javier Serrano. Eighth graders included Julia Adams, Edward Clemans and Luke Domain.

Students were selected on the basis of consistent effort, productive citizenship, positive attitude and participation in class. For the honor, the students received Student of the Month certificates and pins and other items to celebrate their accomplishments.
