- A Chicago home with four bedrooms and 2,298 square feet is being sold for $1.5 million. The luxury corner unit home on North Hampden Court was built in 2019 and has over $150,000 in seller upgrades. The home features motorized shades, a Quartz waterfall island in the kitchen, floor-to-ceiling windows, an attached heated garage parking space, and a soaking bathtub. (Mansion Global)
- A wind advisory is in effect for the Chicago area through midday today. Wind gusts could reach 50 miles per hour in the morning while the temperature reaches the mid-40s. Thursday brings a chance of rain, sleet, and a light accumulation of snow in the area of north and west Chicago. The full week's forecast is available at the link. (CBS News)
- According to recent arrest reports, two people from Chicago were arrested by the Park Ridge Police Department. Claudio Zerillo, 33, was arrested last week for driving with a suspended license. Ehab Allababidi, 26, was arrested on Feb. 7 for multiple accounts of aggravated battery of a nurse. (Subscription: Chicago Tribune)
