Overall, 22 restaurants from Illinois made it to the list, with Sunset Pho Caffe and Aloha Wagon landing at the sixth and tenth spots, respectively. Blues City Deli in St. Louis took the No. 1 spot on the list. (NBC Chicago)
  2. A tragic shooting in Chicago's Auburn Gresham neighborhood claimed a woman's life and left a toddler and two others injured. The assailants, in a black vehicle, opened fire on victims standing on a sidewalk before fleeing the scene. No suspects have been apprehended yet, and authorities continue their investigation. (NBC Chicago)
  3. A CBS 2 drone captured the police pursuit and arrests in Bronzeville after a stolen car chase. Suspected of three armed robberies, the car collides with a pole, leading to two young individuals being taken into custody and later hospitalized as a precaution.
