Two PETA activists glued themselves to a downtown Starbucks counter to protest the expensive coffee chain's up-charge for adding vegan milk to your Frappuccino.

"No one, and I mean no one, should be penalized for choosing sustainable options," one of them was quoted as saying before getting unglued — and arrested.
