'Apparent' Swastikas Found Painted On Fence On Chicago's North Side
The police department's Hate Crimes Unit is investigating.

CHICAGO (CBS) — Chicago police are investigating what appeared to be swastikas painted on a fence in the West Ridge neighborhood.
Police said the fence is in the 6300 block of North California Avenue.
