- The weekend was for losing. The Bulls, Cubs, Sox and Hawks all lost. If that wasn't bad enough; the Bears' freshly signed wide receiver, Byron Pringle, got arrested in Florida for doing a donut on a state highway in his Orange 2016 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat with a kid in the car. (WGN)
- The White Sox continued their losing streak, and left fielder Eloy "Big Baby" Jimenez pulled a hammy. Badly. The slugger could be out of the lineup for eight weeks. (The Athletic)
- Several people were arrested downtown Saturday night for allegedly acting like fools, and staying out too late. There's video of people jumping on a cab. The weekend arrests included 10 juveniles, including eight kids busted for being out after curfew. One person got hurt. Police confiscated two guns, one was real. (CBS2)
- Hey, Sasha. This feature story is for you, from me. I bet you'll like radio reporter Adora Namigadde's feature story on the Ukrainian egg decorating called ‘pysanka.’ It was a delightful 3-mintue listen. Plus, there are pysanka classes at the Ukrainian National Museum of Chicago. (WBEZ)
