The Democratic Governors Association is spending Gov. J.B. Prtizker's money to help fund political attacks against Black Republican gubernatorial candidate, Aurora Mayor Richard Irvin, that sound like they're coming from politicians who wear MAGA hats.

And Pritzker says he's fine with it.

  • Mayor Lori Lightfoot has launched a program that would reimburse Chicagoans and business owners if they install security cameras and register them with the police department. " By having existing businesses and residents registering their cameras, you are literally becoming our eyes and ears," the mayor said. (NBC5)

  • General Iron wants to return to Lincoln Park. The owner of the controversial scrapyard shut down its North Clifton location more than a year ago after a series of noise and pollution complaints. City Hall recently denied the companies application to move its operation to the Southeast Side. (ABC7)
