Here are the top three stories in Chicago today:

  1. A Chicago man was arrested after crashing twice while attempting to flee troopers on I-80 in Indiana on Feb. 18. According to the Indiana State Police, Iren L. Walker, 31, was initially stopped for a traffic violation but then fled the scene. He then eventually crashed his car into the center median and continued to drive until he crashed a second time. Walker fled on foot, jumped into the river, and tried to swim away. He was eventually arrested and charged with seven crimes. (WBIW.com)
  2. A Sunday shooting on the I-57 expressway in Chicago left three people killed, including a one-year-old. The shooting occurred near 111th Street around 10:30 p.m. Three additional people were injured in the shooting. The investigation is ongoing. (WSIL TV)
  3. In collaboration with Il Giardino Del Doche, J.P. Graziano Grocery has introduced a new spicy twist to the traditional sweet treat of PÄ…czki for Fat Tuesday. Graziano's hot giardiniera seasoning has been infused into the vanilla and chocolate custard flavors of the giardiniera pÄ…czki.
