CHICAGO (CBS) — A celebration for Cook County's newest married couple -13 years in the making!

The lucky couple who won Cook County's first marriage license drawing tied the knot Tuesday. Mandy Fila and Daniel Ferguson, from west suburban Brookfield, beat out more than 100 couples.
