- Illinois got an "F" and ranked as the sixth-worst state in the nation in positive outcomes COVID-19 policies, according to a new report from the National Bureau of Economic Research. - A 9-year-old boy was kidnapped by a ride-share driver in West Town. Authorities say, the parents carried luggage into a building while the boy napped in the car. When they returned, the car and the boy were gone. (NBC5)
- The best donut maker in Chicago is still making tasty treats the old-fashioned way. Buritt Bulloch, the 83-year-old owner of Old Fashioned Donuts in Roseland says, "I love to make donuts, keep people smiling, serving a good product." (CBS2)
