  1. Host of the famous "Jerry Springer Show" Gerald Norman Springer has passed away at 79 years old in his Chicago area home. Springer was known for many different things, from his famous long-running talk show that ran from 1991 to 2018 to his stint as the Cincinnati mayor. Springer spent a lot of his career working in Chicago, coming in 1997 and filming his show in the NBC Tower for 12 years before leaving for Connecticut in 2009. Hambrick was identified in October 2020 after law enforcement was called to respond to an incident in Davenport because of a burglary and domestic assault. Hambrick broke into the home of his previous significant other and stole her firearm and ammunition, he later returned to the home and struck the woman with the weapon, and fled the scene.
