A decade ago, Chief Keef was Chicago's juvenile public enemy No. 1.

The other day, someone posted a video of the rapper with his new Scooby-Doo Lamborghini.

Despite a few minor run-ins with the law, Chief Keef didn't turn out to be the threat to public safety Rahm Emanuel made him out to be. He left Chicago. The violence stayed.

In 2012, Chief Keef's Granny Margaret Carter told me the young rapper would turn out alright. Hardly anybody believed her. But she was right.
