Wisconsin, Nebraska Lifted From Chicago's Travel Quarantine Order

Chicago officials removed Wisconsin, Nebraska from travel restrictions requiring self-quarantine; put Iowa and Kansas back on the list.

CHICAGO — It's now OK for Chicagoans to visit Wisconsin and Nebraska without self-quarantining for two weeks upon returning, public health officials said Tuesday.

But folks traveling to Iowa and Kansas will again be required to keep to themselves upon returning to Chicago.

Since July 4th, city dwellers have been required to self-quarantine after traveling to states with a high-risk for spreading the coronavirus.

Currently, the self-quarantine order is in place for travelers returning from 18 states and Puerto Rico.
