2 Men Found Shot To Death In Parked Car: Chicago Heights Police
Police said a preliminary investigation revealed both men may have been targeted.
CHICAGO HEIGHTS, IL — Two men were found shot to death inside a parked car Tuesday evening, Chicago Heights police told Patch.
Officials said police were called to an area in the 1300 block of Vincennes Avenue after a concerned citizen reported a suspicious vehicle parked outside. When police arrived, they found the two men inside a 2001 gray Volvo with gunshot wounds.
Both men were pronounced dead at the scene at around 5:30 p.m. According to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office, one man suffered a gunshot wound to the head and the other had multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body.

Chicago Heights police are looking for the driver of the vehicle as both men were found in passenger seats of the car. Police said a preliminary investigation indicates the two men were targeted. Both deaths were ruled a homicide.
