29-Year-Old Kidnapped Man, Forced Him To Pay For Gas: Police
Police said Blaze Pierce is charged with kidnapping and armed robbery after threatening a man at gunpoint and demanding he buy him gas.
SAUK VILLAGE, IL — A Sauk Village man has been charged with kidnapping and robbery after police said he threatened another man with a gun before demanding he buy him gas.
According to police, 29-year-old Blaze Pierce got into an argument with another man last month in the 17500 block of South Halsted Street. Officials said Pierce threatened the man with a handgun and stole two cell phones off of him.
"Pierce made the victim get into his vehicle and took him to a gas station where he wanted the victim to buy him gas," police said in arrest records.

Pierce fled the scene when the man wasn't able to pay for the gas. He is facing charges of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated unlawful restraint and armed robbery.
