Beecher Man Jailed on Child Porn Charges

[NOREIRC]A Beecher man wanted on child pornography charges was arrested and booked into the Will County jail Friday afternoon.

Marshall Lugo, 44, was charged with three counts of child pornography.

Lugo allegedly possessed three digital pictures of a child having sex. All three of the digital photos in Lugo’s possession showed a child younger than 13 “actually or by simulation engaged in an act of sexual conduct or sexual penetration,” according to a criminal complaint on file in Will County court.

While Lugo resides in Beecher, he possesses a New Jersey driver’s license, according to the warrant for his arrest.

All three of the photos were found on a computer hard drive and were named, in part, “otherthing” and “best of\2005.”

Lugo’s bond was set at $300,000
