Beecher Man Wanted on Child Porn Charges

[NOREIRC]The Will County Sheriff’s Department secured a warrant for the arrest of a Beecher man charged with possessing three digital pictures of a child having sex.

Marshall Lugo, 44, faces three counts of child pornography. The warrant for his arrest carries a $300,000 bond.

All three of the digital photos in Lugo’s possession showed a child younger than 13 “actually or by simulation engaged in an act of sexual conduct or sexual penetration,” according to a criminal complaint on file in Will County court.

While Lugo resides in Beecher, he possesses a New Jersey driver’s license, according to the warrant for his arrest.

All three of the photos were found on a computer hard drive and were named, in part, “otherthing” and “best of\2005.”
