While many dads were sternly warning their daughters' dates of the consequences for behaving irresponsibly, dads at the Bloom Township Center got to actually be their daughters' dates.

A father-daughter dance in the Community Room Friday night, brought in a large crowd, allowing dads to connect with their little girls. Executive director of Youth and Family Services Norma Caratachea said she was thrilled with the turn out.

"It was very successful," said Caratachea. "Both the dads and their daughters were so excited."
