The meeting is part of the city’s partnership with the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP). The work being done is intended to result in Chicago Heights’ first comprehensive plan since 1994. Its aim is to address the long-term concerns of residents, business owners, community leaders and city government. The project is funded by a $100,000 Technical Assistance Grant from CMAP.
