Leadership is about βinspirationβ says Mascolino.
βTo lead a team, you must be able to inspire a team,β said Mascolino, who began his first responder career with the Glenwood Fire Department in 1990. βAnd leadership is also about knowing how to deploy that team, their training, and other resources in an emergency situation.β
