Duane P. Schoeling

Duane P. Schoeling, age 62, of Plainfield, Illinois, passed away on February 26, 2022. Duane was born in Chicago Heights, Illinois on December 21, 1959, the son of the late Donald Schoeling and the late Patricia Walker, and was a lifetime resident of the area. An independent soul, Duane had his own business, High Tech H2O, was a lover of animals, motorcycles, golf, pool, and a man of many trades. He will be remembered as the friend and rock of so many.

Duane is the dearest father of Emma Schoeling and Atom Schoeling; beloved long-term partner of Diane Bradley; dearest brother of Monique (Yaniv) Nahman and Darrel (Jeff Corbin) Schoeling; and loving uncle of Danny Kelson and Rianna Fierke.

Funeral Services for Duane P. Schoeling will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2022, at the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home, 3200 Black Rd. (at Essington Rd.), Joliet, IL. Family and friends will meet at Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Matteson, IL for committal service at 12:30 p.m. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m.
