COOK COUNTY, IL — As you're stocking up on bottle rockets (we won't tell) and downloading Sousa marches into your playlists to stoke your patriotism for the Fourth of July, be sure to slip a little star-spangled something on your pooch, kitten or parakeet. Be cause it's cute. It's funny. And we love it. If you send us a photo, we'll feature it in a story about all of your patriotic pets.
