Threat Made Against Dog, Prankster Smashes Window: Blotter

THURSDAY, MARCH 21
Shattered Living Room Window
A Chicago Heights woman told police she heard a loud shattering sound at about 10:30 p.m. inside her home in the 800 block of Sangamon Street, according to a report. She found the front window to her home smashed by a brick. Police found the brick in the living room.
Dog Threat
Someone wrote "I'm going to pop that dog. Hahaha," in the condensation on the door window of a home in the 1900 block of 1900 block of Adams Street, according to the report. No damage was done to the door.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 20
Ding, Dong, Dumb
Someone started ringing all the apartment doorbells at about 6:30 p.m. at a building in the 1500 block of Donovan Drive, according to a report. When none of the tenants allowed the person inside, a frosted glass door to the apartment building was shattered. Police did not know what was used to break the glass.
